Johnson City Man Found Napping in the Drive Through

New York State Police in Endicott say a Johnson City man is charged with several drunk driving counts after they responded to a report March 23 of someone passed out behind the wheel at the Main Street McDonalds drive-through.

Troopers say they found 26 year old Rafael Nunez-Simancas asleep in his car at the drive-up window.

Officials say they measured his blood alcohol content at .20%.

Troopers say Nunez-Simancas is charged with DWI, DWI with a blood alcohol content of more than .08% and aggravated DWI.

 He was released to a friend and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
