After 6 Years 110 Grill in Latham Suddenly Closed
It’s a tough one for a lot of us who liked going to this restaurant in Latham. After more than six years, the 110 Grill has quietly closed its doors, and it feels like the end of an era for that part of Latham.
The restaurant in the Fresh Market Commons on Loudon Road shut down this past Sunday, according to the Albany Business Review. The space has already been taken off the company’s website, and so far, there hasn’t been any official statement from the brand itself.
What Will Happen to the Space?
The property owner says they are still talking with the restaurant about what happens next, so it is not fully clear if this is permanent. That said, they also noted that the location is a popular one, so if it does turn out to be a final goodbye, they expect another business to move in fairly quickly. Still, that does not make it any easier if this was your go-to place.

The Latham restaurant opened in 2019 and became a staple in the plaza, sitting right out front along Watervliet Shaker Road near spots like Fresh Market and Petco. It was a big space too, with room for about 180 guests, which made it a reliable choice for everything from casual dinners to group outings.
What About the Crossgates 110 Grill?
As for the Crossgates Mall location, it is still open right now, and there has been no indication that it is closing. But with other recent closures in places like Syracuse and Connecticut, it is fair to wonder what the future holds.
