New Holy Burger Chain Set To Open in Albany This October

It looks like Albany is getting another place to grab some quick eats. This time Holy Burger is going to be opening up a new location right on Central Ave.

Holy Burger is a chain that offers a ton of variety when it comes to burgers and chicken and was founded in New York City's Lower East Side in 2018. Since they they've expanded to over 20 locations in NY, NJ, Maryland and Texas.

When I drove past this spot this week I was curious when they might be opening. I decided to do some detective work and pick up the phone and call the number I saw listed on Google and someone picked up. They told me that they're aiming to be open by early October. Hopefully that means within the next few weeks.

While I wasn't able to get inside of this location on Central Ave just yet I was able to grab a sneak peak at their Drive Thru and man, this place has some serious options for you if you're hungry. It's a slice of New York City right in the Capital Region.

They're not just offering burgers and chicken, but hot dogs, sliders, chopped cheese, deli sandwiches, and a whole menu of French fries. That's not even talking about the milkshakes and ice cream that I saw. Holy Burger will be a great addition to the great food variety we have here in the Albany area.

As I mentioned before, it will be in the former Taco Bell location at 1012 Central Ave in Albany. It has some big competition in that area with Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Popeye's, and a brand new Five Guys on the same strip. Not to mention all the local pizza places along the way.

I will be stopping by to try them out once they're open. Let's always make sure to support these new places so that Albany can continue to grow.
