Justin Bieber’s Hudson Valley Visit Turns Into Dream Come True for Local Fan
Pop Star Spotted Hanging Out in The Hudson Valley
At the end of April 2026 the Dutchess County community was buzzing as a major pop star was spotted out and about in town.
A local Hudson Valley real estate agent shared with celebrity sighting account Deuxmoi that she had an encounter with none other than Justin Bieber.

Meg Diblasi was dining at the iconic Millbrook Diner when Bieber walked in. We also heard that his wife Hailey Bieber was also seen their earlier that same week.
Since the initial April 29th sighting, the Bieber's have been see all around Millbrook and Rhinebeck supporting local businesses, while grabbing food and coffees.
Hailey is a Hudson Valley native so it's not surprising the couple was in the region. Locals have checked in with us to share that they believe the Bieber's have a property in the area.
Dutchess County Singer Has Full Circle Moment With Justin Bieber
Back in the early days of the COVID-19 lockdown celebs were going live on Instagram and interacting with their fans.
It was a great distraction to the craziness going on in the world.
Justin Bieber was one of those celebs. On April 15th, 2020, Dutchess County native Shannon McRitchie was picked to go live with Bieber on Instagram.
McRitchie chatted with Justin for about 10 minutes in which she told him how she had been a fan since she was 6 years old.
During Bieber's stint in the Hudson Valley, McRitchie ended up running into the singer in the parking lot of a local business around the Millbrook area. She tells us:
When I saw him, I did show him the screenshot of us going live together 6 years ago, and I told him I sang for him. He was shocked and was like “Omg HOW ARE YOU?!?” and pulled me into the biggest, warmest hug you could ever imagine.
As any Bieber fan McRitchie tells us she thinks she "died right there on the spot." The 2 took a photo together that has since gone a bit viral with over 50,000 likes.
McRitchie shared the special moment with her mom, Carol, who has watched her daughter fan-girl over the Biebs for years. And yes, Justin gave her a hug too.

If you were hoping to run into Justin Bieber in the Hudson Valley, you might have run out of luck.
It looks like Bieber has left the building. The folks over at Paula's Runway Cafe in Wappingers Falls shared the following on Facebook on Wednesday May 6th, 2026:
Hopefully he'll be back soon. Maybe a concert in the future? That would be cool.
