What Is This Famous Actor Doing At The Kingston DMV?

In what should certainly take the award for the most unexpected picture of the week, the Hudson Valley is having a field day with a recent photo taken in the Kingston, NY DMV office.

The photo, which shows a member of the DMV's security team smiling alongside one of Hollywood's most recognizable actors, has hundreds of people scratching their heads and wondering what this Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actor was doing in Ulster County.

"New season of 24 at the Kingston DMV? A Lost Boys reunion with security team member Michelle Sullivan? We spotted Kiefer Sutherland at the DMV on Thursday", began a recent post from the Ulster County Government's official Facebook page (below).

Kiefer Sutherland: Hollywood Star and Hudson Valley Resident

Sutherland has been the star of television's 24 and Designated Survivor, as well as movies like The Lost Boys, Stand By Me, and The Three Musketeers. Some Hudson Valley residents were more surprised than others to see the accomplished actor.

"Had no idea he lives up here too!", exclaimed one resident. "Man, everyone has been seeing him! I keep looking!!!", shared another. Soon, the comment sectioned turned into a Kiefer Sutherland spotting map:
