Sable B. Archer, a 34-year-old from Endicott was arrested in the City of Binghamton and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a traffic stop.
Haley M. Blank: Drug Possession and Obstruction Charges
Haley M. Blank, 21 years old, also faced charges after a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton. She was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, both Class A Misdemeanors.
Michael J. Colsten: Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
In a separate incident in the Town of Kirkwood, Michael J. Colsten, 33, from Vestal, was charged with Failure to Register Under the Sex Offender Registration Act, a Class D Felony, following a warrant execution.
Shawn M. Kelly: Criminal Trespass Charges
Meanwhile, Shawn M. Kelly, aged 46 and from Binghamton, faced charges of Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree in the Town of Chenango after being investigated for larceny.
Rodney E. McCormick, Jr.: Multiple Charges Following Traffic Stop
Rodney E. McCormick, Jr., 20 years old, found himself facing a litany of charges following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, including Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, two counts of Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, and several other misdemeanors.
Jody L. Shepard: Assault Charges
Jody L. Shepard, 55, was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation and Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, both Class A Misdemeanors, after an assault investigation in the Town of Chenango.
Nicholas W. Weidow: Drug Possession Charges
Lastly, Nicholas W. Weidow, 33, of Conklin, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following an investigation into an on-view offense in the Town of Conklin.
