Collins has been charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. This follows a warrant execution in the Town of Dickinson, where Collins was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

 Jennifer L. Franks - Binghamton

Franks was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. The charges stem from an investigation into a call for service in the Town of Union, where Franks was found to be in violation of criminal contempt laws.

Hector M. Medina, III - Binghamton

Medina is facing charges of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, classified as a Class E Felony, and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, a Class A Misdemeanor. These charges were brought against Medina following a warrant execution in the Town of Union.

Steven M. Mullineaux - Johnson City

Mullineaux has been charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony. The charge stems from Mullineaux's operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license during a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
