Various Charges
This week's report from the Broome County Sheriff begins with 46-year-old Case Valashinas of Binghamton, charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Conspiracy in the 5th Degree, Petit Larceny, and Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Binghamton.
28-year-old Alden Cole was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, following a pursuit in the Town of Chenango.
Christopher Knapp from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Conspiracy in the 5th Degree, Petit Larceny, Possession of Burglar Tools, and Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Binghamton.
Criminal Contempt
Nicholas Juliano was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into an order-of-protection violation in the Town of Union.
Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors
Following an investigation into obscene material in the Town of Dickinson, Guy Cruciani from the Town of Binghamton was charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the 2nd Degree.
Criminal Possession
35-year-old Cathy Diehl of Vestal was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Child Endangerment, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.
Following a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott, Sarah Kozak from Endicott was charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Joshua Cleveland of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Criminal Contempt
J’Quan Saunders of Johnson City was charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into an order-of-protection violation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
40-year-old Nicholas Juliano was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into an order-of-protection violation in the Town of Union.
Reckless Endangerment
Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Barker, Cody Neubauer from Castle Creek was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree and Menacing in the 3rd Degree.
Harassment
Adam Morris, age 36, from Chenango Forks, was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.
Multiple Traffic Violations
Anthony Lopez of Syracuse was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Operating a Motor Vehicle w/ BAC>.08 (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Chenango.
49-year-old Antonio Jenkins of Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Operating a Motor Vehicle w/ BAC>.08 (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Andrew Eggleston of Maine was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), a Misdemeanor, three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Sexual Abuse
Josiah Shannon of Binghamton was charged with Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree following a sexual abuse investigation in the Town of Chenango.
