7 Brew’s Second Binghamton-Area Stand Now Under Construction
Work has started at the site of the next 7 Brew drive-thru coffee stand in Broome County.
Buono Construction is the contractor for the project at 1322 Upper Front Street in the town of Chenango.
Crews began preparing the site on Monday. The new 7 Brew operation will be located between Route 11 and Quinn Road, just north of a Lowe's Home Improvement store.
The Front Street stand will be the second 7 Brew location in the Binghamton area. The first local operation opened last September on Plaza Drive near the Vestal Parkway. That was the first unit in the northeastern United States for the Arkansas-based chain.
Concrete for the foundation of the town of Chenango shop is to be poured next week. A modular structure for the business is scheduled to be delivered to the site in early August. The Front Street stand could open in about two months.
The Broome County 7 Brew shops are owned by Brew Family Development LLC.
7 Brew has been expanding rapidly in recent years. The company's website indicates there now are 254 stands in operation. Ten of the locations opened in June.
