Vestal’s Newest Cookie Spot Opens Its Doors Today
A brand new location of Crumbl is officially opening in Vestal today, and it’s already getting plenty of attention from dessert fans around the area.
The shop is located at 2540 Vestal Parkway East, right in the heart of one of the busiest stretches of town. For anyone who enjoys a good cookie now and then, this might quickly become one of those places you find yourself stopping by more often than you planned.
A Rotating Menu That Keeps Things Interesting
If you’ve never tried Crumbl before, the concept is pretty simple. The bakery focuses on large, freshly baked cookies with a rotating lineup of flavors that changes every week.
One week, you might see classic chocolate chip and sugar cookies. The next week, there could be something completely different, like a chilled dessert-style cookie or a flavor inspired by a favorite candy bar. That rotating menu is part of what keeps people coming back. You never quite know what’s going to show up next.
A Local Family With Deep Roots in the Brand
The Vestal location is run by Parag Patel and his family, who already operate several Crumbl shops around Upstate New York. Their connection with the brand goes back a few years. In fact, their Rochester location was the very first Crumbl store to open anywhere in New York.
For them, the goal isn’t just baking cookies. They’ve talked about wanting their shops to feel like places where people gather, catch up, and enjoy something sweet together.
Free Cookies, T-Shirts, and a Year’s Worth of Prizes
Whenever a new place like this opens, the first day is usually a little extra exciting. Visitors stopping by today can expect a few opening-day perks, including a complimentary chocolate chip cookie for each guest. The first 100 people through the door will also receive a special t-shirt and sticker made just for the occasion.
There’s even a drawing where one lucky customer will end up with cookies for an entire year, which might be the kind of prize that makes you suddenly very popular with friends and coworkers.

Hours, Online Ordering, and How to Plan Your Visit
The shop plans to be open most days from morning until evening, except on Sundays. Starting early next week, people who prefer ordering from home will also be able to place orders through the brand’s app and delivery services like DoorDash and Uber Eats. Of course, if you ask most cookie fans, the real experience is walking in and smelling them fresh out of the oven.
