There is exciting news for high school baseball fans across New York State. Broome County has officially been chosen to host the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) baseball championships for three more years. This will keep the event in the Greater Binghamton area through 2029.

Championship Dates Already Set

The championship weekends are already scheduled. The games will take place June 11 to 12 in 2027, June 9 to 10 in 2028, and June 8 to 9 in 2029. These events brings some of the best high school teams from across the state to our backyard.

A Long Tradition Of Hosting

The Greater Binghamton area has hosted these championships since 2003. Over the years, the region has built a strong reputation for fantastic facilities, strong community support, and well run events. This new agreement will keep that tradition going.

Where The Games Will Be Played

Several local venues will host the games. Union-Endicott High School, Mirabito Stadium, and Binghamton University will all be used for semifinal and championship matchups. Other fields in the area may also be used for team practices.
