New York State Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating Edward L. Crampton, a 68-year-old man who was reported missing to State Police in Binghamton on January 3, 2025.

The concern for Crampton’s whereabouts stems from the fact that he has not been seen by his family since Thanksgiving.

Edward L. Crampton Description

Described as approximately 5’7” with green eyes and gray hair, 68-year-old Crampton is known to stay in his vehicle, which is parked on Old Route 17 near ARS Auto in Windsor.

Additionally, Crampton has been known to walk to locations such as Mirabito or the Big M, though he has not been seen at any of these places recently. It is important to note that Crampton does not drive the vehicle and has been reported to not have a working cellphone at the moment.

Efforts to Locate Crampton

Despite extensive efforts by local troopers to locate Crampton, including searches of the area, local shelters, and hospitals, he has not yet been found.
