The Friends of the Feral-TNR is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated Feral Fest 2024, set to take place at The Foothills Performing Arts and Civic Center in Oneonta on April 20th from 3PM to 9:30PM. Following last year's overwhelming success, this year's event promises to be even bigger and better, with all kinds of different of activities and attractions for attendees.

Due to support from the community, the venue has been upgraded to The Foothills Performing Arts and Civic Center to accommodate the expected crowd. This move comes after last year's event surpassed all expectations, leading to an overflow at the American Legion Post 259 in Oneonta.

In addition to the festivities, Friends of the Feral-TNR has been diligently working behind the scenes, achieving significant milestones such as obtaining 501c3 status from the IRS and exploring grant opportunities. Moreover, the organization is actively addressing the feral cat overpopulation issue, organizing an all-day Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) operation to transport over two dozen feral cats to The Animal Care Sanctuary in Milan, Pennsylvania.

With a growing membership exceeding 600 individuals, Friends of the Feral-TNR remains firm in its mission to compassionately manage Otsego County's feral cat population.
