Is anyone out there familiar with the Outdoor Co-ed Topless Pulp Fiction Appreciation Society? They were a group of mostly women that would gather regularly in various public places. Their events would not be announced publicly as to avoid unwanted attention and to keep attendance at any given event at a reasonable level.
