Our new, favorite restaurant isn't even a spot that you can really go down and sit to have meal. It is a really cool new concept that screams "Buffalo, New York".

It is called Pierogi Time, but think ice cream stand style.

You just walk up to the window and order what kind of pierogis that you want and then you take them to go. It seemed pretty cheap, too. I think we paid 8 dollars for an order of pierogis and they had some of the Western New York favorites--buffalo chicken, pork, famers cheese or onion and cheddar.

It's Pierogi Time

Buffalo loves their pierogis. Western New York loves Dyngus Day, and pierogis are a staple food for that day. It's Pierogi Time reminds me if how cool it is to live in a city with the food scene that Buffalo, New York has. The busiest time is usually around Dyngus Day in April, but this is a great idea to go check out and try it out any times especially, when it is not busy. it is SO good.

There are so many other restaurants that are good in Western New York as well, even in the climate of it being hard to upkeep a restaurant. We all dream about what it would be like to own a restaurant or things we would change at other places, but the reality of it is that it is very difficult to own a bustiness and these guys and girls put a lot of time and effort into it.
