Massive Gun Law News on Halloween in New York State

A law in New York State is being brought up this Halloween as a safety reminder.

The fall has been incredibly warm here in New York State! The good news is that most of New York State will see mild temperatures for trick-or-treating. There may be some rain as the evening moves along.

But no matter the weather or the costume, there is one accessory that New York State is trying to make sure you are being safe with or protected from.

A news release from the New York State Attorney General noted that " Toy guns sold in New York must be made in bright colors or entirely of transparent or translucent materials. Realistic-looking toy guns can pose a danger to children and can be used to engage in illegal and dangerous activity."
