One winning organization will receive a Chiavetta’s fundraiser featuring the equivalent of 300 of their famous half-chickens, grilled and prepared on-site.

Whether you’re raising money for a school, sports team, nonprofit, community group, club or another local organization, this could be a great opportunity to bring people together while supporting your cause.

What the Winning Organization Receives:

The winning organization will need to provide some volunteers to help manage sales and event traffic.

The fundraiser must be held between November 2026 and March 2027. The final event date and additional details will be coordinated and finalized directly with the winning organization.

Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules. Entrants must be authorized to enter on behalf of a bona fide organization that is currently established and actively operating, such as a nonprofit organization, school, youth or community organization, sports team or league, club, civic organization, or other recognized community-based organization. Individuals entering solely for their own personal benefit are not eligible. The organization and proposed fundraiser are subject to verification and approval by Sponsor and/or Chiavetta’s. Void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entry does not guarantee selection as a winner, receipt of a prize, or any particular outcome.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Townsquare Media, Inc., its participating stations, and/or contest sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. By entering, each entrant also agrees to receive contest-related communications by email from Townsquare Media, Inc., its participating stations, and/or Chiavetta’s. Entrant further agrees that Townsquare Media, Inc., its participating stations, and/or Chiavetta’s may send marketing or promotional emails, subject to applicable law and the entrant’s right to unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Townsquare Media, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating stations, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers, including Chiavetta’s, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, injuries, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the contest, acceptance or use of any prize, technical errors, lost or delayed entries, email delivery issues, or any contest-related activity.
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and are subject to availability. Winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in the Official Rules. The winning organization must be a bona fide organization as described above, and the Chiavetta’s fundraiser event must be held at an eligible location within Erie County or Niagara County, New York. The fundraiser must take place between November 2026 and March 2027, with the specific date, location, scheduling, and other event details subject to coordination, availability, and final approval by Chiavetta’s.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other costs not expressly stated as included. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the entrant and organization, including residency, organizational status, authority to enter on behalf of the organization, and fundraiser location; disqualify any entrant or organization that does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or that violates the Official Rules or tampers with the entry process; modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest; and award the prize in a manner deemed fair and lawful.
