Voters in the Deposit Central School District have approved a $2.7 million dollar building project.

The capital improvement project will include a new security booth at the elementary school, a new track and football field, baseball and hockey facilities, and will renovate an art room at the middle and high school.

The district will establish a capital reserve fund; the projects are not expected to require a raise in taxes.

The package was approved by voters 2-1.
