Okay, maybe not such a great idea. A home owner in Connecticut wanted to drain his pool recently, so he did what he thought was the right thing: hire professionals to do the job.

The pool company sent over a guy to do what should have been a fairly simple and straightforward task, right? Think again. The temperature was well below freezing, yet the pool guy thought it was a good idea to drain the water into the road!

Water and freezing temps equal ice, and icy roads equal car accidents. That was just what happened to these unsuspecting motorists.

As you might expect, the pool guy is no longer a pool guy.
