Hartwick’s Barlow Wins NYFA Artist Fellowship

Hartwick College announces that Assistant Professor of Art Richard Barlow has been

selected as a New York State Council on the Arts/New York Foundation for the Arts Fellow in Printmaking/Drawing/Book Arts.

The fellowship program makes unrestricted cash grants of $7,000 to artists working in 15 disciplines, awarding five per year on a triennial basis. Barlow is one of 95 artists throughout the state to earn a Fellowship, from an initial applicant pool of more than 2,700.
