A Hartwick man faces felony charges after an investigation into methamphetamine manufacturing. Police say they received a tip from a New Lisbon homeowner that 32-year-old Anthony Pagillo had left drug paraphernalia in a bedroom and officers went to the residence last Monday where chemicals used to make meth were in full view. Pagillo was not at the home when the search was executed but he was found two days later in Sidney. He is jailed on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
