Groundbreaking At New Berlin Fire House and Community Center

Groundbreaking took place Tuesday at the site of the New Berlin fire station and Chobani Community Center on S. Main St. The new fire station will replace one nearly 5 decades old and is equipped with 6 garage bays along with areas to conduct training and store equipment. The community center is over 2,400 square feet with meeting spaces and a kitchen. Most of the cost is being paid for through corporate donations.
