A grand jury will hear the case against two Norwich men accused of murdering 11-year-old Jacelyn O’Connor of Morris. James Brower and Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding were in court Tuesday and a judge determined after a two hour hearing the evidence against Brower was sufficient to send the case to the grand jury. Rundstrom-Wooding waived his right to a hearing so his case will too go to the grand jury. Both are still being held without bond.
