A Statement From Erin Insinga, Director of DVHS

We at the Delaware Valley Humane Society feel that it is in the best interest of everyone including our employees, volunteers, and potential adopters, that we remain open by appointment only.

This would include any potential adopters who are interested in meeting an animal that they have seen off of our Petfinder site or from our Facebook page. Dog walkers are welcome if you have completed the volunteer orientation class but we ask that you please call first to let us know that you are coming.

We are trying to limit the amount of people in and out of our office to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone that enters including our staff. Although we do not want to deter adopters, we have to make sure that we are doing our part in ensuring everyone's health and safety. Please continue to follow our Facebook page and see a list of our adoptable animals on Petfinder and feel free

To call me (Erin) at 563-7780 or email at dvhs.sidney@gmail.com To schedule a meet and greet/appointment. Thank you everyone! We’re thinking of everyone during this difficult time. Also please remember that we do have a pet food pantry should you or someone that you know needs food for your animal . Again, please call first
