Three Delaware County retailers were caught selling alcohol to minors during a statewide crackdown on underage drinking. Governor Cuomo’s office released numbers at the midpoint of the operation, which began on March 2 and says statewide 92 out of 339 establishments made illegal sales. No underage sales were reported in Otsego or Chenango counties. Businesses caught selling alcohol to minors face could face up to $10,000 in penalties.
