Governor Andrew Cuomo will deliver the budget for the next fiscal year on Jan. 22, only 13 days after the State of the State Address on Jan. 9.

The small gap between the two key presentations indicates that the budget is essentially put together now and may be mentioned in the State of the State Address.

The budget will deal with some tough decisions, including health care and education, along with at least a $1 billion deficit.
