
Corps of Engineers Holds Up Constitution Pipeline
The 122-mile Constitution Pipeline project has hit a possible snag after the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has asked Federal regulators to hold off on approval of the project until all parcels along the route are studied for the potential impact on waterways.
Developers of the project say they still lack the approval of 39% of landowners to survey their property.
