Cooperstown Library Donates Books to County Jail

Otsego County Sheriff Richard Devlin visited the Cooperstown Library on Sunday and spoke with members of the Friends of the Village Library of Cooperstown who donated several boxes of books for the inmate library at the County Jail. The mission of Friends of the Village Library is to promote cultural literacy and enhance community engagement in the Cooperstown Village Library. Sheriff Devlin extended his thanks for the donation and support of the county’s correctional facility.
