Cooperstown Cheese Added to Menu for Presidential Inaugural Luncheon

U.S. Senator Charles Schumer, chairman of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, announced that Cooperstown Cheese Company products will be served at the 2013 Presidential Inaugural luncheon.

Cooperstown Cheese Company, based in Milford, will provide their Jersey Girl Colby and their award-winning Toma Celena.

The cheese will be used in the dessert, featuring a Hudson Valley apple pie with sour cream ice cream, aged cheddar cheese and honey.

It joins yogurt giant Chobani as a featured New York-made food at the luncheon.
