Cincinnatus Neighbor Fight Ends With an Assault Charge

A Central New York man is being charged with assault following a dispute with his neighbor.

New York State Police say 53 year old Buddy Morgan of Cincinnatus was arrested April 10 following a fight on Telephone Road.

Morgan is accused of hitting two people, causing scrapes, bruises and cuts.

He was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $500 bail.
