Big Chuck Helps Celebrate “Week of the Small Child”

The National Week of the Small Child is April 16-20 this year.  The week is set aside to celebrate early learning, young children their schools, their parents and their teachers!  Big Chuck had a great chance to read to some little kids at the Cullman Center in Sidney to help them celebrate. 

Also, dozens of local kids participated in a "Kids Parade" down Main Street in Oneonta.  Although is\t was snowy and cold, these tykes were ready to strut their stuff!
