Arrest of Deposit Woman in ID Theft Case

Charges are brought against a Deposit woman who used a fake government ID to get another person’s Social Security number then used it to obtain a debit card. Police say the victim contacted them on Nov. 30 to report the fraudulent card application and an investigation determined Kinda Osborne claimed to be with the state Office of Unemployment to get the number. Osborne was charged with Identity theft along with Criminal Impersonation.
