The investigation into the November 2020 burglary at a Town of Pharsalia business results in the arrest of a Norwich man and if convicted he faces a lengthy jail sentence because of past felony convictions. Police say Martin Lewicki broke into the Balsam Inn and took a number of items then damaged other property. A tip led to Lewicki’s arrest on Mar. 5. Under New York’s 3 strikes law Lewicki could get 40 to years to life.
