Why is Frank Sinatra's personal pick up truck at Brooks House of BBQ in Oneonta?

Old Blue Eyes purchased this truck at the height of his bobbysoxer fame in 1936.  It was some of the first real money Sinatra spent at the dawning of his sixty year career.  He bought the car from a dealer in Palm Springs, California and had it in his possession until his death in 1998.

Following his death, the Sinatra estate placed this truck with an auction consignment house in Indiana.  John Brooks bought the truck in September, 2010.  He moved it to his restaurant in Oneonta shortly after and it is still parked there, right behind the main dining room.  Ever seen it in a parade?  Ever had your photo taken with it?  Ever heard the "Sounds of Sinatra" coming out of the dash radio? Ever seen it at an old car cruise-in?
