New York State Police say three teens are facing charges following a fight at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Oneonta April 9.

Troopers say a 16 year old girl apparently wasn’t happy with her drive-thru coffee order and took the gripe inside where she allegedly hit an employee and broke items.  A customer, who took a picture of the girl’s license plate, was hit by the teen and a 17 year old girl.

The girls are charged with disorderly conduct and harassment while 19 year old Sean Gunther of Oneonta was also arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

The 16 year old was released on her own recognizance while the 17 year old and Gunther were sent to the Otsego County Jail on $500.  All three are to appear in the Town of Oneonta Court in May.
