Teacher Accused of Rape Pleads Not Guilty

The former Walton teacher accused of having sex with underage students pleaded not guilty in Delaware County court yesterday.

29-year-old Stephanie Fletcher was indicted earlier this month on two counts of rape and four counts of criminal sexual act. Fletcher is charged with having sex with two males under age 17.

A judge dismissed her case in February because one of the victim's statements was not received by the grand jury.

Her trial is set for August 4th.
