Winter Storm

If you live close enough to work, you might want to walk today, or perhaps skiing would be the better method to get around today?

SUNY Oneonta will host a free program on winter storm preparedness on Thursday. The Binghamton office of the National Weather Service, in conjunction with local emergency management officials, will present an overview of the dangers of winter weather and information that citizens can use to help local first responders better protect their communities.
