The hard work of Stacie Haynes, Executive Director of the Susquehanna SPCA for Otsego County since 2015, advocating for the safety of animals, has earned her a prestigious position as Board President for The New York State Animal Protection Federation (NYSAPF)

The Level 1 course is one of three animal-cruelty training courses related to investigating animal cruelty cases and Puffer's newly acquired skills will be used on cases in Otsego County.
