Board of Supervisors Chairman Lawrence Wilcox has issued a State of Emergency for Chenango County until further notice. All roadways in Chenango County will be closing at 9 p.m. Monday and will be re-evaluated at 6 a.m. Tuesday, in anticipation of numerous trees and power lines down.
