The former New York Governor has a wide lead over Democratic rival Scott Stringer in the first poll conducted largely since the New York City Comptroller rivals faced off in heated debates.

NEW YORK (AP) — Mayor Michael Bloomberg says it's "not very helpful" to New York City's economy when Eliot Spitzer badmouths Wall Street while campaigning. The Daily News says Bloomberg's remarks were made at a Financial Control board meeting this week.
