It's hard to go wrong with ribs. They are a barbecue staple and usually at the forefront of big time barbecue competitions. This week, you wanted me to make sweet and sticky ribs from "Ribs, Chops, Steaks & Wings" by Dr. BBQ.

Probably the two top food staples when you throw a barbecue are hamburgers and hot dogs. They're quick, easy and still taste great. That's the theme behind my latest adventure using a recipe from Dr. BBQ's "NFL Gameday Cookbook." It's bratwurst with beer, butter and onions.

Give me the most orange, processed, over-priced delicious cup of KFC macaroni and cheese and I'm a happy man.

A few months ago, I made raspberry-honey mustard chicken wings. I wrote then, and I'll write it again now, chicken wings are incredibly receptive to sauces. If there is any sauce you like on any other dish, it will probably taste good on a chicken wing.
