SUNY Oneonta Alumni Return to Campus This Weekend

Hundreds of alumni, their families and friends of SUNY Oneonta will return to campus for Reunion Weekend 2013 this weekend.

In addition to gatherings, events and athletic competitions, the college’s Alumni Association will present its annual awards in recognition of outstanding contributions to the college.

Several events showcasing the Oneonta area will be part of this year’s festivities. Alumni will be encouraged to participate in Main Street Oneonta’s Fabulous First Fridays programming, the Oneonta Farmers’ Market, the Oneonta Outlaws home opener at Damaschke Field on Saturday, and the Habitat for Humanity 5K Brewery to Brewery Fun Run/Walk at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown on Sunday.

A reception to honor the 50th Reunion Class of 1963 and recognize the winners of the annual Alumni Awards will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Hunt Union Ballroom. Seven awards will be presented.
