Smithville Flats Abduction Victim Found

A Smithville Flats woman abducted on Monday is found safe. Police say 20-year-old Katelyn Nielsen was forced into a vehicle at a Tarbell Road address and was found today in Broome County with the suspect identified as a 46-year-old man. According to investigators the two had a previous relationship. Neilsen was unharmed and the man was taken into custody but so far no charges have been filed. The investigation is ongoing.
