Rep. Richard Hanna to Deliver Proclamation in Norwich Today

U.S. Representative Richard Hanna will be in Norwich this afternoon where he will deliver a Centennial Proclamation to the City of Norwich.

Rep. Hanna will deliver the the proclamation at City Hall at 1 pm.

On Saturday a reception at the Northeast Classic Car Museum officially kicked off the 100th birthday of the City of Norwich. The Centennial Committee introduced some of the events planned for the coming months.
