A Standoff in Cortland County Ends Peacefully

A Cortland County man is facing several charges following a standoff with Sheriff’s Deputies that started with a report of a domestic incident at around 10:30 p.m. September 11.

Suspects Sought in Fatal Pennsylvania State Police Ambush
