Bike To Work Day Is May 20th

Otsego Regional Cycling Advocates (a committee of Otsego County Conservation Assoc.) are encouraging people to ditch motor vehicles on Wednesday as their mode of transportation in lieu of a more healthy and environmentally friendly mode of transport: a bicycle.

Oneonta Rail Yard Demolished; Video and Photos From November, 2008!

New York State Final Fracking Review Released

A final review by New York State environmental regulators says fracking has the potential to be just too dangerous to be allowed in the state.

The Department of Environmental Conservation says the next step following the May 13 release of its Final Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact Statement is the issuing, in 10 days, its legally binding findings statement that officially would put the ban on fracking in place
