Otsego Jail Inmates Allowed Free Holiday Phone Calls

Otsego County jail inmates are given an opportunity to connect with family and friends with no cost. Sheriff Richard J. Devlin, Jr. announced that GTL, the jail’s inmate telephone provider is offering inmates two free five minute telephone calls to be used anytime between now and December 31. Devlin says this collaborative initiative is to afford inmates the opportunity to call family during this Holiday season that may otherwise not have the funds available to do so.
