Otego Sex Offender Arrested for Not Registering Address

A town of Otego man who is a registered sex offender is arrested on a felony charge for failing to notify authorities that his address changed. Police say 52-year-old James Muller was taken into custody last Friday after an investigation determined he was living at another residence and only returned to his reported address to make it look like he was still living there. Muller was charged with Failure to Notify of an Address Change within Ten Calendar Days for Registered Sexual Offender.
