Oneonta Woman Identified As $1 Million Dollar Winner

Jessica McLean of Oneonta has been identified as the $1 million dollar winner after her boyfriend, Edward Lambright, gave her the lucky “Cash Deluxe” New York Lottery ticket as a gift at Easter. McLean was presented with a replica of her winning ticket and presentation check by Gretchen Dizer of the New York Lottery at Hannaford in Oneonta, where the ticket was purchased.

McClean has decided to take a lump sum amount which turns out to be a net payment of $516,204 according to Lottery officials.
