If you haven't heard the news, City and Town of Oneonta residents had been asked to conserve water until further notice on Wednesday.  The issue was a raw water supply shortage resulting from a break in the 10" raw water supply line from the Lower Reservoir to the Water Treatment Plant.  It has been repaired and the conserve water request has been lifted.

Oneonta residents were notified of this latest update yesterday by automated phone call.  If you have any questions, direct them to Water Treatment Plant Chief Operator Stan Shaffer by calling (607) 433-3470.
