Oneonta Man Could Get 27 Years in Jail Following Drug Bust

An Oneonta man is facing drug charges after being arrested at a home in Worcester in Otsego County.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say a 6 month investigation into drug trafficking in Sidney has resulted in a sealed indictment warrant for 30 year old Joshua Decker.

Decker was picked up November 13 and charged with three felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, accused of selling heroin in the Village of Sidney.

He was sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail.

Authorities say, if convicted, Decker faces up to 27 years in New York State Prison.
